Marshall “Mack” Byrd

Raleigh – Marshall “Mack” Byrd, 75, passed away Tuesday. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 25, 2017 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner. Entombment will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. He was born in Johnston County to James and Annie Johnson Byrd. In addition to his parents, Mack was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Byrd. He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife of 49 years, Brenda Byrd; daughter, Priscilla Byrd of Cary; and his son, Derick Byrd and wife, Kaori of McKinney, TX. The family will receive friends on Friday one hour prior to the funeral service; and other times at the home.
