Marvin Alexander Murray

Marvin Alexander Murray, 85 formerly of Garner died Saturday, April 1, 2017.  He was the former owner/operator of Garner Auto Sales. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Oakwood Cemetery with Dr. Harvey Whaley officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 2:30 pm Tuesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner. Surviving are his sons, Marty Murray and friend Wanda Gregory of Broadway and Daniel Murray and wife Debbie of Clayton; sisters, Maxine Steingruby of Maysville, IL, Mozelle Lounsbury of Windsor, SC and Laurice Murray of Smithfield, NC; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
