Mary Alice Tootle

RALEIGH – Mary Alice Tootle, 75, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at New Bethel Baptist Church in Garner with Dr. Michael Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives at the church on Wednesday one hour prior to the service; and other times at the home of Starla Nichols. Mary is survived by her loving family which includes her daughter, Starla Renee Nichols of Smithfield; grandchildren, Derek Matthews, Deena Matthews and fiancé, Rodrigo Valdivia, Karli Nichols, Alexa Nichols; sister, Mabel Racy of Kansas City, MO; and her canine companion, Sweetiepie.
