Mary Edwards Shook

Mary Edwards Shook, 74, died Tuesday, March 7, 2017. She was born in Roanoke Rapids July 17, 1943 to Hubert Miles Edwards and Virginia Dare Hardison, who preceded her. She is survived by her husband, James Calvin Shook; her daughter, Christine Hobson (Jonathan); her brother, Jamie Edwards of Charlotte; her sister, Winnie Ingram of Rock Hill, SC and 2 step-grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Thursday March 9th from 10 – 11 AM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Road, Garner. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:30 am at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh.
