Mary Elizabeth Harris

Mary E. Harris, 87, passed away after an extended illness. A native of Wake Co, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Victoria Stewart. Mary worked as an Insurance Claims Investigator with Nationwide Insurance for over 30 years. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday Jan. 16, 2018 at Macedonia Baptist Church, Holly Springs Rd., Raleigh, NC . The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 pm prior to the service at the church. Along with her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband Howard B. Harris, Jr.; daughter,  Vicki Lynn Harris; sisters, Virginia Abouzeide and Kathleen Marks; and brother James Stewart. Survivors include her son, Keith Harris and wife Candida; grandson, Blaine Harris, sister, Christine Koontz, niece Katherine Price and husband Tommy; nephew Larry Marks and wife Cathy as well as many nieces and nephews.
