Mary Jo Meadows

Mary Jo Meadows, 72, of Garner, NC passed away peacefully on April 6, 2023. Mary Jo was born on December 18, 1950, she was the youngest of 11 children. She grew up in Hilton Village, West Virginia, a town she loved until she moved to North Carolina after graduating High School. Mary Jo was an Accountant at Clancy & Theys Construction Company in Raleigh NC for over 20 years until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with family & friends, listening to music, watching and playing sports, her rocking chair, her dogs, Mountain Dew, ice cream, going to lots of concerts and as many NC State football games as possible. She was well known for her beautiful red hair, green eyes, giving nature, and chicken salad. She loved the Lord and enjoyed attending Amplify Church. We will all dearly miss her beautiful smiling face and always remember Mary “MoJo2Go” Meadows.

Mary Jo was preceded in death by her parents, Mason Dahmer and Eva Mae Meadows. Siblings: Ray Dahmer, Doy Dahmer, Roy Dahmer, Clarence Dahmer, Alvin Dahmer, Thelma Kennison and Rose Weeks. Mary Jo is survived by her two children, Daughter Tracey Reynolds, Son Fred Reynolds, Grandchildren – Blythe Martinez, Amber Reynolds, Mason Reynolds and three Great Grandchildren – Eleanor, Penelope and Zanna Martinez and her Sister’s – Jessie Penninger, Martha Wilkins and Frances Hypes.
