Matthew Scott Andrews

RALEIGH - Matthew Scott Andrews, 33, went home to be with the Lord June 20, 2017. Scott was a loving husband and father, a beautiful brother, a devoted son, a wonderful friend, and an all-around goofball. He had an infectious smile, a keen insight, and a remarkable ability to befriend, entertain, and inspire people he only just met. Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Sunday at St. Andrews United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 2-3:00 pm prior to the service. Scott is survived by his wife of 10 years, Angela Andrews; daughters, Ainsley and Harper Andrews; his mother, Sharon Andrews of Raleigh; and sisters, Traci Hood of Raleigh and Allison Andrews of Cary. He was preceded in death by his father, William “Jerry” Andrews.
