Melvin Dawson Pritchard, Jr.

Melvin Dawson Pritchard, Jr., Aug 17,1964 - Aug 18,2024. Buddy passed peacefully in his sleep at his home in Raleigh, NC. He is preceded in death by his father Melvin Dawson Pritchard, Sr.  He is survived by his mother Juanita L. Robinson of La Grange, NC, his Sister Dorothy Beth Guy of La Grange, NC, two nephews, Allen Grant of Kinston, NC and Brandon Guy of Kinston, NC.

Melvin moved to Raleigh in 1992. He owned and operated White Glove full service house cleaning. He loved his family and friends and there are many many friends he considered dear. Nothing made him happier than doing for others. He was a most generous soul. He will be sorely missed.

Funeral Service will be held 1:00 P.M., August 29, 2024, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Raleigh, NC. A visitation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be given in Melvin's name to the Good Shepherd Church on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh.
