Michael Anthony Ennis

Michael Anthony Ennis, 75, of Apex, N.C., passed away at home on November 15, 2024 and is now present with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

He was born and lived his entire life on Ennis Rd, now referred to as Johnson Pond Rd, Apex to Lawrence Ennis and Lynette Mills. Mike attended Garner High School and retired from Lufkin in Apex. Mike also worked with his nephew Johnny Atkins for many years at Atkins Grading. Mike was a faithful member of Catawba Springs Christian Church in Apex, NC.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents as well as all of his siblings, Robert Lawrence, John, Marie, Susan and brother, Lynn. Mike is survived by Linda Ennis of Fuquay Varina; daughter, Christy Lynne Ennis Johnson and husband, Mike of Lillington; son, Jonathan Michael of Raleigh; grandson, Colby Champion Stephens and step grandsons, Cale and Grant Johnson.

A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday November 19, 2024 at Catawba Springs Christian Church in Apex followed by a graveside service. The family will receive family and friends prior to the service beginning at 11:30.
