Michael Lynn Clarke

GARNER - Michael Lynn Clarke, 65, died Thursday at his home. Born in Hamlet, NC, he was the son of the late Morton and Margaret Lawrence Clarke. He retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad with 34 years of service. Mike found Christ in February of this year. Praise God, he is now rejoicing with our Lord and Savior. Visitation will be Sunday, August 12th from 5-7:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Rd, Garner. A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Monday, August 13th at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Joan Clarke; daughters, Jayme Clarke and Brett Hall and husband, Charles; granddaughter, Avery Hall; sister, Linda Calloway and husband, Warren; brother, Tony Clarke and wife, Rhonda.
