Michael "Mickey" Mclean

WILLOW SPRING--Michael "Mickey" McLean, 65, of Willow Spring, NC passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 16, 2022.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 23rd at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 37 years Cathy, his mother and father, Ruby and Jack McLean, his son-in-law John Wilcox, and great-grandson Mason.

He is survived by his children Amanda Canady and husband Alan of Stedman, NC, Michael and wife Sierra of Winder, GA, Robin and husband Willie of Willow Spring, Jackie and husband Edward of Gastonia, NC, and Jennifer of Willow Spring. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, Brian, Jason, Jessica, Amber, Dustin, Brianna, Taylor, Aiden, Autumn, Mika, Jasper, and Raylan. Also, great-grandchildren, Adalynn, Massimo, and Jackson. The family would also like to include his best pet companion, River. Lastly, Mickey was survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mickey was a man who deeply loved his family and friends. He was generous with everything he had and was always willing to give the shirt off his back to anybody who needed it. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
