Michael Wayne Lynch passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023, at UNC Rex Hospital surrounded by his devoted wife and daughter. He was the son of the late Bernice Rollin Lynch and Mary Deaver Lynch. Michael was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Harriet Sanford Lynch; daughter, Allison Greene of Clayton (Jamie); sister, Jackie Lynch of Raleigh; grandson, Christopher Beasley of Clayton; step-grandchildren, Tyler Greene (Jazmine) and Savannah Greene; great-grandchildren Tyler Greene, Jr. and Paisley Greene.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, December 14, 2023, from 12:00-1:00 pm at Bryan Lee Funeral Home in Garner. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh.
