October 29, 1942 - September 12, 2011 FUQUAY VARINA - Michael William Bill Knight, 68, passed away Monday at his home. Bill was born in Mercer County, Kentucky to the late Ralph Thomas and Mary Frances Sexton Knight. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2305 W. Cumberland St., Dunn, NC. Burial will be at Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Marie Ison Knight; daughter, Lee Ann Knight Horner and her husband, William Edwin Bill, III; sons, Scott Thomas Knight and his wife, Jennifer VanLaar Knight, Eric Jonathan Knight and his wife, Maureen Gallo Knight, Nicholas Wade Knight and his wife, Erica Tyler Knight; brother, Ralph Allen Knight and his wife Linda Carter Knight; sister, Frances Jeanene Knight Thompson and her husband, Kelly; grandchildren, Zachary Horner, Spencer Knight, Addison Horner, Jacob Knight, Karis Horner, Samuel Knight, Abigail Knight, Jarrett Knight, Jacqueline Knight, and Baylor Knight; as well as dozens of nieces and nephews who affectionately knew him as Uncle Bill. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier.
