Michelle Denise Mann Young

RALEIGH – Michelle Denise Mann Young, 42, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at her home.

She was born in Wake County on July 24, 1981, the daughter of Dennis and Linda Mann. Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Mann; grandparents, Charles and Cola Mae Mann, and Janie Self; and by her special cousin, Glen Self.

She is survived by her husband, David Young; son, Noah Young; mother, Linda Mann; brothers, Robert Mann and Chris Mann; grandfather, Mack Self; a host of extended relatives and friends; as well as her feline companions, Buddy and Dallas Ray.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 2:30 PM in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Raleigh, with visitation beginning prior to the service at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Raleigh Memorial Park.
