Mildred Jackson Helms

Mildred Jackson Helms, 94, passed away on Jan. 6, 2016. A native of Wayne Co. she was the daughter of the late Burl and Eva Mae Jackson. Graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, Jan. 8, 2016 at Inwood Baptist Church Cemetery on Lake Wheeler Rd. in Raleigh. Survivors include her daughter Linda Suggs and husband Billy; sister Margaret Carter; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; two step-grandchildren; four step- great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Archie Helms; son; Sherwood T. Helms; granddaughter Korean; 3-sisters and 4-brothers. Family will receive family and friends from 11:00-11:45 at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner prior to the graveside.
