Mildred Penny Kelly

In loving memory of Penny Kelly, 83, of Raleigh, NC, died October 10, 2022, in Birmingham, AL. She was the daughter of the late Hilda Glenis Bowman and Winifred Braxton “Wimpy” Williams.

Survivors include her daughter Sharon Kimball and husband, Richard of Helena, AL; sister, Brenda Fowler; brother Carl Williams; granddaughters LeShar and Lauren, great grandchildren Elliot, Rowan, and Benjamin; as well as her sister-in-laws Portia G. Williams and Susan Kelly; and brother-in-law Rex Kelly. In addition to numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, RB Kelly; brothers Glenn R. Williams, Robert Bowman; and sister Carrie Hope Sawyer.
