Montague J. “Monty” Flood, Jr.

ANGIER – Montague Julius “Monty” Flood, Jr., 72, passed away on Sunday. A native of Florida he was the son of the late Montague Julius Flood, Sr. and Maymie Jewell Purvis Flood. Monty is survived by his daughters, Lesa Clothier of Four Oaks, Cindy Conner and husband, Marty of Apex; sons, Thomas Flood and wife, Dawn of Angier, Phillip Flood and wife, Jennifer of Willow Spring; grandchildren, Cody Flood, Tyler Conner, Josh Conner, Lawson Flood, Emma Conner, Shelby Flood and Luke Phillip Clothier. In honoring Mr. Flood’s request, there will be no services at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to Transitions LifeCare, 250 Hospice Circle Raleigh, NC 27607 in Monty’s memory.
