Garner - Nathalie Tromble Partlo of Garner was 91 years old when she passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 2nd. Nathalie was born on a farm near Cheboygan, Michigan, the fifth child of Inga and Guy Tromble’s seven children. She and her lifelong sweetheart, the late 1st Lt. Alvin Partlo, married in 1945. They lived in Texas, Michigan, and Maine before coming to Raleigh in 1956. They eventually settled in Garner, where they started both a family and a successful business together. In addition to founding Agri Supply Company, Nathalie and Alvin shared a passion for offshore fishing. She was a member of Garner United Methodist Church for over 50 years, as well as a member of the local chapter of the Red Hat Society. Nathalie is survived by her brother, Warren (age 96) of Cheboygan, Michigan; son, Barry and his wife, Laurie of Clayton; granddaughter, Kelly of Raleigh, and grandson, Jarod of Chicago, Illinois. Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm on Monday, August 21st at Bryan Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, August 22nd at Garner United Methodist Church.
