Pamela Carol Capell Mustard

Pamela Carol (Capell) Mustard passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Transitions LifeCare in Raleigh, NC with her husband Jim and daughter Kim holding her hands. She was so strong in her decades-long battle with both breast cancer and lymphoma. She was born to Morton (Jack) Pry and Carol Hopkins Pry on May 26, 1945. She was raised in Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia. She attended Ohio University where she met Ron Capell and later married. They raised their children, Kim and Jeff, in Cary, NC. After raising her children, Pam returned to work. She worked at the NC Symphony as Events Coordinator until her retirement. While working there, she met and married Jim Mustard and was lucky enough to spend 18 years with him. One of her greatest joys was spending time with Jim at Wrightsville Beach, NC. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at 12 noon, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Raleigh, NC. The family will receive friends and relatives at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial following the ceremony at Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, NC. Pam is survived by her loving husband, Jim Mustard; her daughter Kim (Karl) Daeke of Cary, NC; her son Jeff (Alison) Capell of Houston, TX; her grandchildren Gus and Sam Daeke of Cary, NC and Ava and Erin Curtner of Houston, TX; her brother Greg (Brooke) Pry of Houston, TX; her sister Mary Lou Pry of Cary, NC; and her nieces Carrie and Kelley.
