Patricia Ann Baker

NOVEMBER 19, 1937 - JULY 10, 2012 RALEIGH-Patricia Ann Baker, 74, born in Onslow County to Lennie and Clara Briles Parker, passed away at Rex Hospital, Tuesday. Prior to her retirement in 2005, Patricia was a distinguished insurance professional and co-owner of the family insurance agency Baker & Associates, Inc. for forty years. She was loved by many friends and family and will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Floyd Leon Baker of Raleigh; sons, Floyd Len Baker and wife, Brenda of Garner, Randy Baker of Apex; grandchildren, Buddy and wife, Karen of Mt. Airy; Melissa Baker of Portland, Oregon; great-grandchildren, Kaine and Hannah; sisters, Lynn Killingsworth and Marie Crowell of Raleigh. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Thursday, Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. In recognition of her beloved Jack Russell, Candy, donations may be made to local SPCA Chapters in lieu of flowers.
