Patricia Ann Joye

Patricia Ann Hall Joye, 72, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021. Patricia was born July 19, 1949, in Johnson City, TN, to the late Kenneth and Ruth Hall. She worked 18 years for Bell South before taking early retirement and moving on to a second career with the State of North Carolina. She proudly retired again after 25 years of service. Patricia loved the Lord and often showed that love to others by baking her amazing sweets and homemade chocolates. She showed much of her love with the food she prepared. She loved her pets as her babies and shared many loving moments in life with her fur friends. Most of all, she loved her family unconditionally and would enjoy any and every moment with them. Funeral service will be held, Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 11:00AM, in the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel, Garner. Burial at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh, will follow. The family will receive friends, Tuesday evening, from 6-8PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home. Patricia is survived by her husband of more than 53 years, Harry Joye; children, April Joye Myers and husband, Barry, Joseph M. Joye, II, and Karen Joye Johnson and husband, Kenny; grandchildren, Ryan and Abbey Fogt, and Wyatt and Skyler Lee; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Elizabeth Joye and a brother, Michael Hall.
