Patricia Carol Ziegler

Angier- Patricia Carol Ziegler, known affectionately as Pat, passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 77 in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was born on July 3, 1946, in Jackson, Mississippi, to Chester and Frances Sullivan. Pat was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Patricia was a loving and protective mother who dedicated her life to her family. She was married to her soulmate, George Anton Ziegler, for 48 years, and their love story was one for the ages. Pat and George's connection was instantaneous and continued to grow stronger with each passing year.

In her professional life, Patricia worked for Bryant Industrial as an office manager for an impressive 30 years. Prior to that, she had a successful career in resort management. Patricia's dedication and hard work were evident in all that she did, and her contributions to the companies she worked for were invaluable.

Patricia leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her son Christopher Ziegler of Richmond, Virginia, her daughter Desiree Fagundes (Ziegler) and son-in-law Francisco Fagundes of Angier, North Carolina, and her beloved grandchildren Josue, Francisco, Gillyane, Alejandro, and Henrique Fagundes. Patricia also had a special place in her heart for her loyal companion, Skipper the dog.

Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband George Ziegler, her son Jeff Raab, her parents Chester and Frances Sullivan, her grandparents Minnie and Shelby Purser, as well as her brother Richard Sullivan and sister Belinda Sullivan. While she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit and the memories she created will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones.

The loss of Patricia Carol Ziegler is deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be remembered for her unwavering love, kindness, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her. May she rest in eternal peace.
