Patricia W. Spivey

November 20, 1934 - October 2, 2013 Patricia Ward Spivey, 78, died Wednesday. Born in Weston, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Gladys Bailey Saffel. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow at Cumnock Graveyard, Cumnock, NC. Beloved wife and mother, she is survived by her husband of 33 years, Floyd Spivey, Jr., daughters, Pamela Ward Barden and husband, Frank of Apex; Wendy Ward Basinger and husband, Randy of Cary; son, Gregory Allen Ward of Apex, grandchildren, Sean M. Green and wife, Andrea; J. Gabe, Ethan M., Sydney L., and Savannah H. Basinger, four step grandsons, and six step great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 pm Sunday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
