Patrick Joseph Williams, 82, passed away early morning April 6th, 2024. In his final days, his beloved four daughters were able to spend time with him at his bedside. Anyone that knew Patrick knows how much comfort this must have brought him as his daughters were his pride and joy.
With his passing, he joins his parents, Vivian Gladys Rouse and James Owen Williams as well as his brother, Mike Williams. He will be laid to rest in Cincinnati where he was born, graduated from Milford High School and Xavier University, and spent most of his adult life.
Patrick is survived by his four daughters, Kim Driskell, Stephanie Williams-Hasse, Emily Dunn, and Bonnie Williams; three grandchildren, Lauren Driskell, Thomas Driskell, and Payton Hasse; sister, Mary Lee Williams and her children, Jenny Coburn, Cathy Spellman, Gregory Figg; his brother’s children, Troy Williams, Melissa Williams, Doug Williams, Michelle Williams; as well as various extended family, family spouses, and friends
Patrick was a dedicated pro-life advocate. He spent a great deal of time in the last few years working with a group of like-minded individuals on distributing a Resource Card for women with unplanned pregnancies. A life-long devout Catholic, his daughters have chosen to hold a memorial mass service in his honor. This will take place at St. Mary Mother of the Church in Garner at 10am on Tuesday, April 9th with a celebration of life to follow—all are welcome.
