Pauline Williams Horton

January 20, 1927 - February 18, 2012ANGIER - Polly, age 85, peacefully joined our Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven on Saturday, February 18, 2012. She was born and lived most of her life in Wilmington, NC. She had, in the past year, moved to Angier, NC to be with her daughter Holli and son-in-law, Larry.She is survived by her oldest daughter, Sharon Kuckenbecker and partner, Mark Day, her son, Mark Kavanaugh and wife, Tammy, her youngest daughter, Holli Horton Belvery and husband, Larry, and one grandchild, Jordan Kavanaugh. Polly was a great lover of animals and leaves behind her loyal Jack Russell, Angel, and adored her many animal grandchildren. She never met a stranger and was loved dearly by all.A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, Feb. 24 from 5 -7 with a small service at 6 PM being held at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Angier. A graveside service will be held on Saturday Feb. 25, at 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Wilmington.In lieu of flowers the family ask that you make a donations to Joel Osteen Ministries and/or The ASPCA.
