Peggy Parrish Marcom

GARNER - Peggy (Ann) Parrish Marcom passed away Monday, December 2, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was a child of God and an amazing wife, mom, Meamaw, sister and friend. She loved from her heart with love that came from her soul , always unconditional and never ending. She was an example of how to love and be loved, how to treat others, how to be an amazing parent, and a true example of an amazing person. As a mom, she loved her girls with all her heart, with unconditional and never ending love. Her four grand boys and baby girl Karter were her heart whom she loved and spoiled rotten. She retired from Wake County public schools, where she made a difference in so many lives. She loved all her “babies”, as she called them. Through her life she brought so much joy, laughs, treasured memories and love to everyone.

Peggy is survived by: daughters Sandy Foster (Chris) and Kristi Dinkins (Ryan); grandchildren Christopher Narron, Joshua Ragan, Kameron Dinkins and Samuel Dinkins; great-granddaughter Karter Walker.

Peggy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years Glenwood Marcom, her parents Rayford Alton Parrish and Virginia Carpenter Parrish and brother Ray Parrish.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27529. The funeral will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner.
