Penny Lou Stewart Cullen

July 7, 1962 — January 27, 2024

Penny Lou Stewart Cullen, 61, passed away on the 27th of January 2024 at Wake Med Hospital in Cary, North Carolina. She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years Scott Cullen; her step-children Paul and Andrew Cullen; daughters-in-law Megan Bosiack Cullen and Raeya Cullen; and grandchildren Jakson, Maxden, Rylan, Graysen, and Fynn.


Penny is also survived by her brother Frankie Stewart, his wife Annette and their children Joey, James and Justin; sister-in-law Liz Stewart and her children Tina and Junior; sister Pam Jackson, her husband Donnie and her children Amanda, Nicole, and Josh; brother William Stewart, his wife Pennie and their son Avery; and brother Bart Stewart, his wife Rachel and their daughter Amber.


Penny is preceded in death by her father Haywood F. Stewart; mother Lena M. Stewart; brother JT Stewart; and granddaughter Ava Grace Cullen.


She loved and was loved by many nieces and nephews. Throughout the years, she cherished all the time she spent with them.


Her memorial service will be held this Saturday, February 3 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Angier, NC from 2-4pm. This will be a floating service and guests are welcome to come and go as they please. Flowers can be sent directly to Bryan-Lee Funeral Home of Angier.
