Ralph Edward Marlowe

RALEIGH - Ralph Edward Marlowe, 78, passed away Saturday Oct. 8, 2011 at Rex Hospital. Ralph retired as shop foreman from Cardinal International Trucks. Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.Funeral Services will be 2:30 pm Saturday October 15 at Highland Baptist Church Crowder Rd. Raleigh. Burial will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park, with military honors.Ralph was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Marlowe.Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Frankie Davis Marlowe; daughter-in-law, Christine Marlowe; special nephew Jackie Marlowe and wife, Edie; and several other nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:30 - 2:30 pm at the church. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Highland BaptistChurch Building Fund 8524 Crowder Rd.
