Randall “Randy Earl” Graves Bullard

Randall “Randy Earl” Graves Bullard, 58, of Raleigh, passed on November 9, 2016.  He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Jack and Lucille Bullard.  He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Joyce, of Goldsboro, NC, his son and granddaughter, Earl and Annabelle, of Dunn, NC, and nephew, David, and his wife Jessica and their children, of Holly Springs, NC, and many extended family and close friends. Randy was born April 8, 1958, and spent most of his working years self-employed, owning a fish market, a sandblasting company, and in various types of construction.  His friends and family would know him best as a lover of good country music, and for his love of hunting and fishing; his granddaughter, Annabelle, was the light of his life. Randy will truly be missed, however through the memories of his big smile and contagious laugh, and the many stories of “good times and cutting up,” Randy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Services will be held at Bryan-Lee in Raleigh, NC on Tuesday November 15, 2016 with a visitation at 10:00 and the memorial service at 11:00, followed by a burial at Montlawn cemetery.
