Randy Jones

Randy Carl Jones, 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 9, 2023, surrounded by his family.

A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2023, from 1-3PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 300 E. McIver St., Angier, NC 27501. Inurnment will follow at Sandy Grove Cemetery.

Randy was born in Harnett County and moved as a child to Annapolis, Maryland. He spent every summer in Angier, working tobacco with his cousins. He lived in Annapolis and raised his family until 2006 when he retired from Orndorff and Spaid, Inc. He then returned to Angier

where he and Judy built his dream house and workshop on land inherited from his mother. Randy is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Judy Jones; his children, Drew Jones and Carie Jones-Barrow and husband, Andy; his grandchildren, Adam and Jonathan Barrow; his brother, Dave Jones, and a large and loving extended family.
