Raleigh - Robert B. Walters, Jr., 88, passed away Friday. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2 PM at Vandora Springs Free Will Baptist Church, Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
