Robert Clarence “Bob” Yates, Jr.

Robert Clarence Yates, Jr., 77, died Tuesday at his residence. He was a graduate of Cary High School and also from Hardbarger’s Business College. Bob retired from Cannon as a District Sales Manager. Surviving are his daughters, Kamela Yates Niemyski and husband Paul of Dallas, TX and Tanisia Yates of Raleigh; grandchildren, Sophia, Briana, Kasia and Brock. A service will be held 1:00 pm Monday, January 4, 2021 in the mausoleum chapel of Raleigh Memorial Park. Bob will lie in repose from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm on Sunday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, for those who want to pay their respects. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Transitions LifeCare, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607 or the Church of the Good Shepherd, 121 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.
