Robert John Riker

RALEIGH – Robert John Riker, 72 of Raleigh passed away peacefully Friday at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in New York to the late Reginald and Evelyn Riker. Following the Marine Corp he was a Manager of Consolidated Edison for 20 years and then he was employed by the US Postal Service for 20 years. Throughout his life, since age 14, Bob was a volunteer fireman and currently an active member of Optimist Club. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Helen Riker; his brother Richard Riker and wife Cathy; many Nieces and Nephews.
