Robert Leslie Webb

Raleigh - Robert (Bob) L. Webb, 69, passed away Friday morning. He was the son of Bernard and Elizabeth (Betty) Webb.

Bob was born in Logan, WV and spent all of his young life there before moving to Florida to go to college and work. He eventually settled in Raleigh and continued his work in transportation logistics. He went on to own his own trucking logistics company, which was a dream come true after much hard work. After retiring, he spent his time at estate and antique sales collecting, and often reselling the antiques. Bob was often known by friends, family and neighbors to be very helpful in fixing things, or lending a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

He is survived by his daughter, Kate Swift and husband, Ben of Garner; sister, Linda Webb and husband, Bobby Hogg of Lancaster, PA; sister Bernadine "Poochie" Valu and husband, Joe of Lancaster, PA; grandchildren, Logan and Autumn Swift, nephews, Ryan Hogg, Michael Valu and Joseph Valu (Jen); numerous cousins, close friends and neighbors.

There will be no funeral services at this time.
