Robert Michael Upchurch

Robert “Robbie” Michael Upchurch, passed away peacefully Friday, March 25, 2022, at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late Richard Berkley Upchurch and Ruby Parrish Upchurch. Late Brothers and Sisters, Lindy, Deana, Berkely, Milton, James, Billy, Ann, and twin sister Ruth He will be missed by family, Ronnie Upchurch, Connie Goodman, Mike Bynum, Timothy (Ann) Bynum, Chris (Star) Bynum, Melonie (David) Keith, Scott (Virginia) Bynum, Shannon (Brian) Kerns, many great-nieces, and nephews. A special thanks to the staff at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Special thanks to Robbie’s family at O’Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center. Thank you all for the loving kindness you have shown Robbie over the years. My Grandmother loved her special child. Your older brothers and sisters loved you so much. You were special to our family. A reminder from heaven. Life is not perfect. There are special spirits sent to earth just to be. Part of God’s plan is not for us to see. As a child, I did not understand. Now I believe you were so special God wanted to keep you from sin. You were a blessing to our family. My heart breaks for the life you missed. I know in heaven you will be whole. It is still hard to let go. Some say the sky tells lots of stories As we walk along the shore of the sea The rain keeps pouring down But the sun always shines through the darkness The darkness in the middle of the day The rivers that flow it heads back home Back to the seashore where we started out on.
