Ronald G. Baker

COATS - Ronald Gene Baker, 76, of 65 Irbin Drive, passed away on Tuesday at Wake Med-Raleigh. A native of Dudley, PA., and resident of Coats, NC, he was the son of the late Bruce Leonard Baker and Lucy Barbara Angelo Baker. Mr. Baker was a graduate of Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Visitation will be at New Hope Alliance Church from 12:30 - 1:30. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at New Hope Alliance Church, 2642 Old Fairground Road, Angier. Burial will follow at the Fellowship Community Cemetery. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Jim Baker of Dudley, PA and Bruce Baker of Manheim, PA. Mr. Baker is survived by his wife of fifty six years, Peggy Albert Baker of Johnstown, PA, daughter, Joyce Ann Baker Hagar and husband, Maurice of Fuquay-Varina; son, Ron Baker and wife, Tara Sims of Austin , TX; sister, Mary Baker Gates of Dudley, PA; brothers, Leonard Baker of Saxton, PA, Frank Baker of State College, PA, Pompey Angelo of Windsor, PA, grandchildren, Ryan Hagar, and wife Heather, Jessica Hagar, Brandon Baker and wife, Jessica, and daughter Helena, Jason Baker, Whitney Baker, and Allie Baker.
