Ronald N. Kent

Ronald Norman Kent, 84, died Monday. Born in Monessen, PA, he was the son of the late Merrill Charles Kent and Mary Hospodar Kent. He was a Mason and a Shriner and former active member of the Lions Club and a member of Hollands United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, Sept. 7th at Hollands United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service. Survivors include sons, Bruce C. Kent and wife, Nicki of Donalds SC, Mike Kent and Wife, Deena of Zionville, NC and Jeff Kent and wife, Tracy of Westminster, MD; brothers, Fran Kent of Aransas Pass, TX and Ed Kent of Glen Burnie, MD; eleven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Christie Victoria Kent. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holland United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 9433 Ten Ten Road, Raleigh, NC 27603.
