Ronald William Holder

ANGIER - Ronald William Holder 79, of Angier North Carolina passed away on June 3rd, 2023. Ron, Ronnie, or PaPa to many, was born February 20th, 1944 to William Daniel Holder and Mary Louise Holder in Roanoke, Alabama.

He retired after working 40 plus years with the Dixie Pipeline in Apex, North Carolina.

He was survived by his wife, Mary Ellen Adamson Holder; two sons, William Brodie Holder, and Daniel Kyle Holder; five grandchildren, Mackenzie Leigh (Kevin) Fulkerson, Hanna Elaine Holder, Jackson Kyle Holder, Carson Brock Holder, William Ayden Holder; and two special great grandchildren, Melody Jovelyn Claire Fulkerson and William Wesly Holder.

He was preceded in death by his parents William Daniel Holder and Mary Louise Holder; brother, Danny Holder, daughter-in-law Tina Elaine Holder; and grandchild, William Daniel.

He was an avid Crimson Tide fan and had a love for the game of golf and his golf family. His life’s treasures were his sons and his grandchildren and the special great-grandchildren that brightened his world. His favorite charities were St.Jude’s and Hospice.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
