ROY LEE PHELPS Oct. 12, 1935 - Mar. 1, 2012RALEIGH - Roy Lee Phelps, 76, of Raleigh, died Thursday. A Graveside Service will be 11:00 AM Monday at Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh.He is survived by his son, Doug Phelps of Raleigh; sisters, Cordia Darst of KY and Mary Smith of IL and niece, Marsha Mumma of Fuquay Varina.Visitation will be 4:00 - 6:00 Sunday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
