Russell Edward Yale, Jr.

Russell Edward Yale, 89, of Raleigh, NC passed away at home surrounded by family on April 17, 2022. “Russ” was born and raised in Brockport, Pennsylvania and was a proud Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Saint Andrews Methodist Church. He retired from Nationwide Insurance Company after 20+ years of service. The funeral will be held Wednesday, April 20th in the chapel at 1:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner, NC followed by burial at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Clayton, NC. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. “Russ” was preceded in death by his father (Russell Sr.), mother (Jeannette), and brother (Jack Yale). He is survived by his loving wife Joyce, sons Randy Yale (Tracy) of Connecticut and Ricky Yale (Maya) of Texas, two daughters Marjorie Inscore (Tim) of Raleigh, NC and Valorie Miller of Aulander, NC, seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be donated to Saint Andrews United Methodist Church, 1201 Maxwell Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603.
