Ruth Anne Sorrenti

Ruth Anne Sorrenti, 79, went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2018. Ruth Anne was born to Domenico and Amalia (Nerone) Foresta on August 7,1938 in Carlstadt, NJ. Ruth was a telephone operator, factory worker, and bank teller. Two of her greatest passions were Jesus and her family. Ruth is survived by her beloved family, husband Dominick Sorrenti, children, Diane Breen, Steven Sorrenti, Kristen Sorrenti-Kotkin, grandchildren, Amanda White, Danielle Breen, Anthony Sorrenti-Kotkin, Hannah Sorrenti-Kotkin, Joshua Sorrenti-Kotkin, Caleb Sorrenti-Kotkin, and 1 great granddaughter, Isabella White. Ruth Anne is also survived by sisters, Diane Grimyser, and Linda Forester. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Josephine Pasquino, Angie Cavalcante, Antonia Ferris, Terry Hoolihan, Esta Barbaccia, Phyllis Pryor, Mary Marcurio, and brother Frank Foresta. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 3:00 pm located at North Haven Church, 6620 Six Forks Rd., Raleigh NC 27615.
