Ruth Lewter Barnes

Garner- Ruth Lewter Barnes, 81, passed to the presence of God on Saturday, September 19. She was the widow of George W. Barnes. She is survived by four children: Nancy Martinez and husband Ricardo, Tom Barbour and wife Sarah, Donnie Barbour and wife Cheryl and John Barnes and wife Kirby, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, September 24 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral service to be Friday, September 25, 2:00 p.m. at North Ridge Bible Chapel, 7100 Harps Mill Road, Raleigh. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to North Ridge Bible Chapel.
