Sally Elizabeth Moore

Sally Elizabeth Moore passed away on July 4th, 2018 at the age of 32. She is survived by her mother, Sally Myers Moore, and her sister, Mary Stuart Moore Sadler and husband Emory D. Sadler, all of Raleigh. Michael Soltis joins the family in grief. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Williams Moore, of Raleigh, and by all four grandparents, Josephine Johnson Myers, Carl McLeod Myers, Frances Abbett Moore Yeargan, and Rufus W. Moore. Sally Elizabeth was born on June 4, 1986 in Duke Medical Center. She went to St. Timothy’s School, St. Timothy’s-Hale Middle School, and graduated from high school at Ravenscroft. Following a freshman year at the College of Charleston, she graduated from North Carolina State University. Sally Elizabeth was licensed in property and casualty insurance for TIS of the Carolinas, her father’s insurance agency; she truly treasured her time spent working with him there. A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, July 10th at 11 am at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh. Pastor Will McLeane of ESUMC will officiate.
