Sandra B. Wall

Sandra Kay Bailey Wall, 70, died Friday. Born in Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Nichlous and Kathleen Blinson Bailey. A 1965 graduate of Garner Sr. High and a 1966 graduate of Hardbargers Business College, she retired from the N. C. Employment Security Commission and Don Murray’s Barbecue. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow in Auburn Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. Survivors include her life partner, Silas Gooch, Jr,  of Willow Spring; daughters, April Talton (Jimmy) of Garner and Nicole Smith (Tony) of Ellerbe; son David Wall (Melissa) of Ellerbe; brothers, Harold Bailey (Barbara), Dennis Bailey (Marcia), Durwood Bailey (Cathy) and Sherwood Bailey; granddaughters; Morgan Parido (Paul), Samantha Talton, Amber Smith, Taylor Wall; grandsons, Christopher Wall, C.J. Smith (Mallory), Logan Wall and Noah Talton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rebecca Bradley.
