Shirley Faye Stephenson Elliott

Shirley Faye Stephenson Elliott, 76, died Friday. A native of Johnston Co., she was the daughter of the late, Thylmer and Bessie Blackmon Stephenson. Before retirement she was employed as a supervisor with the Fisher Sandwich Co. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner . Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Fred A. Elliott, Sr.; sons, Freddy A. Elliott, Jr. and Tony Len Elliott both of Garner; sisters, Itha Mae Byrd and husband, Evet of Dunn, Donnie Ellen McLeod of Fuquay Varina, Peggy Sue Stetler and husband, Larry of Garner, Judy Ann Byrd and husband, Frank of Benson, Carolyn Champion and husband, Roy of Dunn, Brenda Harper and husband, Manford of Benson, Cherry Hoyer and husband, Paul of Norfolk, VA, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by brother, Tommy G. Stephenson and sisters Ollie P. Abbate and Shelby Jean Cobb. The family will receive friends 4:00 - 6:00 PM Sunday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner..
