Steven “Vance” Weaver, Jr.

ANGIER – Steven “Vance” Weaver, Jr., 32 passed away Aug. 18, 2015 in a work related accident. Vance worked as a foreman, working on cellphone towers across the southeast United States. Vance was a big N.C. State fan. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Sunday August 23, 2015 at Piney Grove Chapel Baptist Church. Burial to follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Vance was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Doris Wimberley Broadwell, maternal grandfather, Jimmy Jones; paternal grandparents, Holt and Georgia Weaver. He is survived by a son, Ethan Vance Weaver; parents, Steven Sr., and Marthieah Weaver; brothers, Dustin, Michael and Adam Weaver and fiancé Katie Vann. The family will receive friends and relatives Saturday from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier.
