Susan Balducci Higginbotham

GARNER - Susan Balducci Higginbotham , age 66, died on December 30th, 2019, in Cary, North Carolina. Susan was survived by her husband John Scott Higginbotham, of Garner, NC; her daughter Keri Marie Oister wife of William Edwin Oister, Jr. of Garner, NC; her brother John Michael Balducci husband of Barbara Balducci of Big Canoe, GA; and two grandchildren Tanner James Oister and Olivia Rose Oister of Garner, NC; along with a host of nieces and nephews and other family members. She is preceded in death by her parents Louis James Balducci, and Rose Balducci , of Canastota, NY. Susan was born on July 22nd, 1953 in Canasota, NY. She graduated from Canasota High School in 1972. Susan was a great woman and a loving mother and Grandmother. She married her husband in 1987 and the couple had one child. A memorial of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be sent to Susan’s daughter Keri Oister to help with burial costs.
