GARNER - Sylvia Byrd Dismukes, 85, passed away on Saturday.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Ernest Myatt Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Raleigh.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
In addition to her parents, Thomas and Estelle Byrd, Sylvia is preceded in death by her son Tommy Dismukes III; daughter, Cathy Sparks and brother, Bobby Carroll Byrd.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Jeremy Sparks, Kyle Dyson and a large and loving extended family.
The family requests no flowers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ernest Myatt Presbyterian Church, 4926 Fayetteville Rd Raleigh, NC 27603
