Tony Carl Jones

BENSON – Tony Carl Jones, 59, passed away peacefully at Rex Hospital Hospital in Raleigh after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his loving family on March 2, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Dollie Mae Jones and Carl Benjamin Jones; daughter, Alanda Mae Jones Abarca; brother-in-law, Billy Deese.

He leaves behind his sisters, Glenda Jones Mason and husband, Brewster, and Sharon Jones Deese; niece, Christina Mason; grandchildren, Celeste, Skyler, Zoe, Porter and Karmin; his two special loves, Shirly Avent and Hattie Davis; and his many friends.

Tony loved country music and dancing every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. He could do anything with his hands. He loved working on anything that was a challenge, from car engines to small engines and woodwork. He was able to fix things that people swore would never work again. He will truly be missed by all who loved him!

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 11th at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier..
