Trena Lee Russ

NOVEMBER 7, 1962 - MAY 6, 2012 Knightdale - Trena Lee Russ, 49, of Knightdale passed away peacefully after battling a courageous battle with Breast Cancer on Sunday, May 6th. She was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Trena was a very hard worker and dedicated employee with Harris Teeter for 18 years. Trena was best known for the way she cared for others and always found a way to make people smile. Memorial service will be Wednesday at 4PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. The family will receive friends following the service. Survived by her husband, William A. Russ. Children, Jerry E. Roberson and wife, Melissa of Wendell, Dwayne L. Ellis, Amber N. Blanton, both of Knightdale. Kelli N. Wall and husband, Julian of Willow Spring, and Casey N. Russ of Angier. Grandchildren Caylin Wall, Thomas G. Pope and Lucas A. Wall; mother, Lola A. Weaver of Raleigh; siblings, Rita F. Barbour and husband, Kenneth of Zebulon and son, Kenneth Jr. of Louisburg and Stevon M. Weaver of Raleigh; cousin, Stephanie J. Sumner and husband, Mark and son, Matthew of Raleigh. Sisters In-Law, Patricia Thompson and husband, David of Shelby, son Russ M. Thompson of Bryan, Texas and Phyllis Russ Cannady of Raleigh
